Tweed hunting coat is naturally hardwearing. It survives the everyday wears & tears of the countryside such as brambles. Hunting tweed originates from Scotland & traditionally was a rough woollen fabric with a flexible texture. Many of the more modern tweeds are softer wool mixes to provide a higher standard of comfort & lined with a cotton layer to prevent itching. Tweed hacking Jacket can be worn for riding dressage & jumping.
Black Hunt Coat
Traditional hunt coats have a panel back with twin buttons & centre vent. Hunt coats sport a variety of pockets, inset pockets with flaps, outerbreast pockets with flap, inbreast pockets & hare pockets. It is usually lined in wool to the waist, with a weatherproof twill skirt. Your hunt clothes complete with Jodhpurs & Breeches in buff, light brown, cream or yellow (not white).
